Rich has worked to maximize the potential of disabled individuals since 1973 and has been passionate about the comfortable employment of disabled career seekers since 1998.

Like many other workers, Rich’s Comfort Career Journey™ has not been a straight line and meteoric rise to success. It has been a series of Next Step Jobs™ with times of real struggle due to his invisible disability. It has also been a time of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and amazing accomplishments. 

 

Rich has used his expertise in workforce development, talent acquisition, and his lived experience to create CFACE, the Comfortable Fit Approach for Career Exploration, his career coaching model which includes the Comfort Career Journey. .
